16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tblsp honey
1 1/2 cups small pecan pieces
1 c chopped dried cranberries
1/2 c minced fresh chives
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, cinnamon and honey until fluffy. Add 1/2 pecans and mix well. Set aside.
Line a plate or cookie sheet with parchment paper. Toss together remaining pecans, dried cranberries and chopped chives.
Make small golf ball size balls, roll to coat in cookie sheep mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then drizzle a little honey
on top to garnish.
