Pecan Chicken
4 chicken breasts or 4-6 chicken thighs
¼ c honey ***
¼ c Dijon Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste ***
1 c finely chopped pecans(Midgets) ***
Combine honey and mustard, spread on both sides of chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then roll chicken in chopped pecans. Spray a baking dish and arrange chicken in single layer and bake 30—40 at 350 degrees or until tender.
